I provide a monthly statement of services that you can submit to your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan for possible reimbursement.
Reduced Fee
I offer competitive fees and am committed to making DBT widely available. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hour notice is required for cancelled appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled without 24 hour notices will be billed at the full session rate.
